Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

I have to say, at first I was skeptical installing Swell, but really it is a great app. My email list has grown substantially since installing it, it's nicely made, and Josh is fantastic for customer service.

Also, since it's free if you're doing less than 100 orders a month, small stores can try it without a risk, which worked great for me.

Ritchie was amazing and super helpful on top of that fast response on chat too! Highly recommended this app for your shop!

App works great and every time I've used their chat function for support they have been very helpful. Shout out to Jiemer John :) Reymond from Support was just as helpful - every time I contact them they are very informed and polite!

Had a couple of questions when setting up Yotpo. It was urgent as the website was on a deadline to go live. The support team was super responsive and helped me out, within 24 hours it was all sorted :) Haven't had too much of a chance to try all the features in the app (there are a lot) but so far the out of the box settings are great. The integration with referrals is easy to set up and works exceptionally well (try a Viral Loops or Referral Hero and you'll quickly - and painfully- find out that not all referral softwares manage to do this well, or even mediocre). So far really happy, based on support, features & ease of use 5/5 stars.

I am so excited to have this on my commerce site. I have been looking for a fun way to encourage repeat guest purchases and Swell looks like great! Customer service is top notch. Love all the features and the ability to make ordering fun for my customers

We absolutely love the features available in Swell! Having a referral program in place is one of the most powerful things any business can offer. Swell makes the process easy and fun.

Plus, this app is free until you start earning upwards of 100 orders per month. This is pretty much a no brainer!
