I'm giving Swell 5-stars after only 2 days since integration. Prior to Swell, I was using LoyaltyLion (for almost 8 months) -- and the difference is night and day.

A bit of back-story -- prior to Shopify, we were on AmeriCommerce for a year and used their native loyalty system -- the native program on AC was flawed from inception because it allowed customers to use points in checkout, and yeah, we could have set minimums for redemption, but it just didn't inspire participation. We could have built out drip campaigns -- but it was on us to build something that looked good and functional. Prior to AC, we spent a miserable year on bigcommerce with SLoyalty. Enough said. We are very happy with Shopify and now Swell Rewards.

The biggest pros for Swell:
1. Pricing model that increases as a store grows;
2. EVERY word of every text phrase can be customized to match the voice of YOUR store.
3. Mobile UI is actually designed for mobile;
4. You can modify any visual element with css;
5. On Shopify, guest customers converting to store accounts is a common theme - so Swell can "capture" the guest customer's accrued points, and now customer has all the points she earned;
6. Swell plays nicely with the other kids -- they use ScriptTag and is efficiently engineered. Does not slow your site down. Effortless integration.
7. Support was insanely great at onboard - I use CloudFlare for DNS and Swell needed to add a minor patch to be CloudFlare compatible. Took 5 minutes to sort it out.
8. I had a script that was not playing well with others. Swell identified this issue and helped me find a solution (email me and I'll name names);

Ok, only on the platform for 2 days, but I'm impressed enough at the ease of configuring and onboarding to post this. I don't write love letters very often.

If things change, I'll be back and update this.

Great! Not sure if I'm signed up for free. But it would enhance store product.Maybe nice for my customers.

This morning the first thing I encountered on my shop was that I was not able to implement some features I needed. Lemuel P assisted me with expertise and fast response and immediately implemented what I needed done. I appreciate you Lemuel and this app as it's a beautiful feature to have.

Angelo responded to my request for help with a professional and friendly approach. He restated what I wanted help with, shared links to confirm we were on the same page, then implemented exactly what he said he would, and it translated into a clear resolution for my issue.
