Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Been trialling this app for a period and we are glad to report that it works as per the name, SWELL!

Better than that, I had cause to contact the Swell guys over a very minor issue (which had nothing to do with them in the end!).

Nonetheless, Nikhil Naidu went above and beyond what you might normally expect from tech support and sorted out the issue speedily, effectively, with expertise and great humor (all late on a Friday afternoon)!

Great app. Quick to install, easy to use, great step-by-step video guides for a novice like myself. And the customer service is awesome. Very very quick to respond in a live chat format, to walk you through whatever you may need. Its only been a day, so no review in regards to the functionality of the app beyond its simple installation and set up. So far, so good! Highly recommend.

Feature rich, easy integration, hit the ground running with this app. Pre-configuration is nice, just needs some personalizing touches. Lots of room for custom campaigns. Great customer service (Jerrah M), lots of customization options, lots of cool tools already implemented so no need to download a bunch of apps. Best rewards app I have tried out, with lots of good customization options plus it includes all different free popups. It can be a little tricky to implement in your store. I was struggling and reached out to customer service, Jerrah M got back to me very quickly and worked with me for an hour helping me with my issues. I recommend it to anyone looking for a reward/loyalty program. Just take your time getting familiar with the app and you'll be very satisfied

I waited almost a year to leave a review for Rewards and Referrals by Swell. We tested every other rewards platform for Shopify and hands down this is the BEST and (more importantly!) effective rewards and referral app. It's not the least expensive or cheapest app but it pays for itself pretty quickly. The adage you get what you pay for is really true when it comes to this app! Josh and his support team are extremely helpful and responsive. Don't waste your time testing the other rewards and referrals apps like I did and just use this one.

Lets be honest. Sometimes it can be hard to find a company that has amazing customer service that is directly linked to the owner. Josh works hard for his clients, and he really put forth the effort to help incorporate this amazing loyalty program into my e-commmerce. His efforts were convincing enough to even get me to switch from one company's loyalty program to this one.
