Wow, an incredibly robust loyalty program even at the Free level with top notch customer service. Twice I had to reach out to Josh through Chat (my own oversights) and within a few minutes he explained what I needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. There is a direct Chat portal in the Swell admin page, they make setting it up and getting support as easy as can be.

Good and complete app to start a Loyalty program. Also really good customer service. Works pretty good!

Swell is a huge help in growing my business. I have used other platforms that did not offer rewards programs and this has been an amazing addition to my site and business. My customers love the engagement and it encourages sales and loyalty!

The app is quite useful but the design is not attractive enough. As it shows at the right corner. Customers may miss it.
