Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Great App! You can set up a customized loyalty programm in just a few hours. It has a lot of options to customized your rewards and campaigns. Integration is easy and if you struggle with something there is a support which helps you in a couple of hours! Can warmly recommend yotpo!

I just downloaded this app for my online boutique, www.lorentaylorboutique.com, and found it very easy to install and customize. I would definitely recommend this app!

Really in-depth customisation options, even to free plan users. My only wish is for review compatibility with Shopify Reviews.

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!

Really great support from Ritchie. That said, the first (free tier) is really quite limited for us startups. I get the point that they want to incentivise paid plans, but that can be done more intelligently / in a way that supports small startups and creates more brand loyalty with Yotpo.
