easy to navigate and very helpful for us to contact customers

Still making my way through the setup process. It's not the most user-friendly design for creating the rewards program. The creation of coupon codes is particularly challenging. The concept of the app is brilliant though.

Excellent app for rewards. Simple to install, easy to setup. Great support, ready to help anytime. 5 stars from me.

Capturing email addresses is extremely important to the survival of our skin care product range, and Swell does it perfectly. Fantastic App.

i just installed it,yet to see results. a bit complicated to set up the coupons.

The best customer loyalty app out there. We've been working with Josh since the major update today to work through any bugs that have come up and most have been fixed within minutes. The customisability, quality, functionality and support are absolutely second to none! We will be using this app from here on out and looking at getting the paid version as our needs grow.
