Great app, its exactly what I needed
This app is great! Really easy to use, and extremely user friendly. Customer service is excellent! Seriously, they are so helpful! Keep up the good work.
Relatively intuitive to use. Many apps either work or have some step that if you miss it they are broken with little to no customer support. These guys were responsive and helpful AND polite with my issues (totally my mistake too). Also I just have to give a shout out, we're a USA manufacturer based in MA and these guys are right down the road from us in Boston. But they were so helpful and responsive we didn't even need to go knock on their door and bribe them with beer for help! Who knew, real developer service in this day and age!!
Clear is that a tremendous degree of logic and compound knowledge is integrated within this app, matched if not exceeded in caliber by a generous customer support team. Having tried multiple loyalty reward programs, I recommend only Swell.

Points feature for rewards is ok but referrals is the worst I've experienced- used to have Referral Candy and then Talkable. ROI is non-existent, admin doesn't display properly, felt like a guinea pig the whole time with a Beta product

I have to say, at first I was skeptical installing Swell, but really it is a great app. My email list has grown substantially since installing it, it's nicely made, and Josh is fantastic for customer service.
Also, since it's free if you're doing less than 100 orders a month, small stores can try it without a risk, which worked great for me.

We tried a lot of Rewards Apps, and Swell is by far our favorite. Very customizable, and lots of essential tools within. I am def recommending this to my colleagues. Keep up the great work!
UPDATE: 06/07/18
Well, the program stopped working after asking me to upgrade my plan. I entered my credit card info, and now I have a locked app with just a white screen. Customers are getting angry because their coupons no longer work...still waiting for a fix.
have been happy with it, however I would like to downgrade back to the Free plan while i put my shop on sleep mode and while upgrading is easy, there is no way to actually go back down. I have contacted the company with no reply and have been charged another $40 for a program that I currently am not using. This is why small businesses go broke!!!
