Using silver version. Good loyalty program that we use extensively with our customer base. We reward points for account registration, purchases, social media likes/follows, and reviews (through integration with Judge.me). We also reward discount coupons for newsletter signups. Support (Rogelio and others) has been very good. Needs more flexibility in customer search (currently email only, not by name), better mobile/phone interface (horrible on android), and more flexible or intermediate cost plans (very expensive to get just a few more features we'd like such as Mailchimp direct integration). IMPORTANT - does not support double opt-in for new newsletter subscribers - we'll be looking for an alternative app for that. Overall satisfied.
So far so good. I just downloaded the app today and set everything up in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. The only reason I am not leaving a five star rating is because I have yet to see the application in action to make sure everything runs smooth.
Great app, very helpful. The upgrades are too expensive though, I wish there was a middle ground pricing, hence one star off. Otherwise a very good app.
This app is easy to install, and works great.
Great customer assistance from Jerrah and Rikki- Very fast. Good features and shop integration. i just wish i could change look without upgrading

I have had any traffic on my website so I can't say for the actual reward program but I like the campaign options =)
Really great support from Ritchie. That said, the first (free tier) is really quite limited for us startups. I get the point that they want to incentivise paid plans, but that can be done more intelligently / in a way that supports small startups and creates more brand loyalty with Yotpo.

I have only been using the app for two months or so. I have accumulated a few email addresses since that time. I can not give it a true assessment at this time but I can say that people are signing up for the program points. That is a good thing. I am going to continue to use it to build an email list.
Wish the vip tier was available for the lower plans, but other than that it's a relatively simply and easy to use app. Good support assistance as well for the most part
