I waited almost a year to leave a review for Rewards and Referrals by Swell. We tested every other rewards platform for Shopify and hands down this is the BEST and (more importantly!) effective rewards and referral app. It's not the least expensive or cheapest app but it pays for itself pretty quickly. The adage you get what you pay for is really true when it comes to this app! Josh and his support team are extremely helpful and responsive. Don't waste your time testing the other rewards and referrals apps like I did and just use this one.

Lets be honest. Sometimes it can be hard to find a company that has amazing customer service that is directly linked to the owner. Josh works hard for his clients, and he really put forth the effort to help incorporate this amazing loyalty program into my e-commmerce. His efforts were convincing enough to even get me to switch from one company's loyalty program to this one.

I was looking for a rewards program, and after doing some research I decided to try out Swell Rewards. Boy, am I glad I did! The customer support is awesome and the program just works! I will be using swell rewards for all the stores we manage!

Where has this been? I am ecstatic about this app!!! It's great. Easy to install and use. It's perfect for my business. I like to shop where I'm rewarded. So I want to offer that to my customers as well. This app is perfect for rewarding your customers! Lots of options on the free version. Josh is amazingly helpful with any questions you'd have.
