Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Very please with the swell app so far. I haven't been able to get the java script link to my rewards tab to work, and they charge $150 per hour to set this up for you which is a shame. Other than that I am very please with this rewards program. Thanks swell!

The page builder was easy to set up and gave it a leg up over similar rewards apps. What would make Yotpo the best rewards app is if their integrations with Klaviyo wasn't so expensive. $249 if you want to do any useful integrations and points versus similar apps that are free and much cheaper.

Pretty good service! A bit pricey but in the end still does it's job quite well =] It will be a great addition to my ready to paint ceramic bisque!

Installed and created my loyalty programme in a hour, needed some support on getting my page live (as this process wasn't as clear as everything else) and the wonderful Joseph sorted everything in ten minutes. So far, my experience of the app and customer support has been five stars.

Love It. It`s simple and easy to use. I`m still testing all the options, however what I`ve seen so far it`s really useful and user friendly.

Very easy to install and set up. Curious to see the results.

The support is absolutely not responsive. The app is buggy, the setting is not user-friendly.

1. Follow @ Instagram can be completed multiple times. I have many buyers just earn many points and just get rewards with the points, which cause a loss in business. The support never get back to me although 3 days passed, I have to manually adjust the points for all the customers

2. Refer a friend doesn't work although "fraud prevention" has been disabled.
