Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Some of the features are buggy or arent working. Like I have it set to 300 points and its showing 200 points. And I can only create 2 coupons.

Just started it up, seems easy enough....

Wish the free trial had more options. I need to see what the entirety of the program is like before I start paying for it. Otherwise, great options! Love the Custom option. Just wish I could play with it to see how it would benefit our Loyalty Program.

Pretty great and all around tool to use.
Very reasonably priced for new-comers/smaller stores.

Gets pricey when the store grows,

the free verison have all my needs , except Instagram follow redeem points. I hope the Free verison can add instagram follow , for free .

Pretty easy to get started. I was glad there were instructional videos to walk me through most of the tabs. I wished it offered cash rewards instead of just points and coupons

Easy to install and quick.. Loved this app

It can be confusing. watch the videos. but i love the concept. making it a great application to any business
