Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

Newest addition to our shop. It's a breeze to setup and we're in love with it! Hopefully our customers will feel the same. We'll see how it goes.

Great little app that allows to implement loyalty programme without any hassle.

Best app i have used to date. Simple to navigate and understand, make sure you watch the videos they send when you get started, very helpful. They are super responsive if you have any questions and aren't afraid to tell you what direction they are heading.

Can't wait to see what else they do, this is a must have!

I had Josephine help me via chat...she was phenomenal. She took over and helped me achieve everything I needed to get my rewards program to perfection. I am so thankful for her help and guidance in all matters. She was so kind and really listened to what I was wanting. I highly recommend Yotpo for your rewards needs. I was a very confused about some negative rewards points that were accumulated on a customer's account. Glenn explained everything clearly and helped me solve immediately! Since I'm a customer Service rep I need these solved sooner than later and this was resolved immediately! It made my job a lot easier! It was so helpful and I appreciated it so much!
