Yotpo: Loyalty & Rewards

I've had nothing but a great experience with the team at Yotpo. They are always willing to assist us and give us a step-by-step process of how to fix our issues. The screenshots they provide are super helpful. Jiemer John helped me recently and was kind enough to answer my follow-up questions after resolving initial my issue.

Just downloaded Swell, and so far it is super easy & the tutorial videos are really helpful!

It's supposed to be a great app, great functions. However, a BIG drawback is that, you can't delete customers. As Shopify shop owners are under attack of phantom customers signing up with same non-sense first and last name, probably created by Bots and there's nothing Shopify can do about it, those fake customers get ported over to Rewards & Referrals by Swell's customers list and it gets really frustrating when the list is full of junks that I cannot clean up. At least Shopify customers list, I can still delete them.

It's time to update your app to enable customer list housekeeping.

Great product with fab customer service - currently using the lowest plan but plan to move to the silver plan later this year. Would definitely recommend this app for your store!
