Haven't used it very long, but in comparrison with previous experience with rewards apps, this one is definitely a cut above the rest.
Immediate results. My repeat customer business increased by over 150% within a week. I had no idea that there was that much potential, let alone it happening as fast as it did. The results, along with the excellent customer service I have received, makes me highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to tap that untapped potential! Looking forward to see what the future holds.

Even the free plan has a lot of great features. I have a small shop that just opened but I am seeing an increase in activity since I installed the app. I needed some help understanding the email campaign settings but Josh from Support was able to point me in the right direction. Overall I had some issues, but that was my fault, not theirs. 5 stars.

So far it's definitely the best free rewards app in the app store. I love that you can customize pretty much everything. The support team has been great because I've had many questions and they've been able to help me with everything.

Just installed the app, and had a lot of questions.
Got quick and excellent support from Sean and James.
I'm excited to try their spend/punchcard campaigns to promote repeat purchasing. Other campaigns I'd like: liking our fb page, social sharing and birthdays.
The features I'm looking for, according to them, are in the pipeline for the next few weeks:
- embeddable email newsletter signup form
- some indicator for customers to track how far they are toward reaching spend/punchcard campaign goal
What sealed the deal was their revised pricing policy that charges based on order volume, not number of customers.
I'll update this once I've tried it for a few weeks.
Fairly simple to set up. We've had quite a few customers sign up for accounts....just waiting to see how things continue working!
