We haven't started running Swell yet because we are making some modifications to the basic referral program. Our referrers will be "reps", there will be an application etc. etc. That said I have been dealing with Josh, the founder for probably four weeks ironing out the details and the support has been 10/10.

We didn't even have a paying account and Josh was prompt and helpful, exchanging dozens of emails to set it up the way we needed to. I'll keep you all posted on how the program goes but Im confident if there's any issues this support team will handle it. AWESOME service!
