My success person is helpful. When I have had questions they are answered immediately. Chat support is fantastic. I think my biggest complaint is how "plain" everything looks! The rewards modules are kind of clunky and the triggered emails are very plain. For the cost of the program I would expect something more sleek. However, it works. I have not had issues with the point system (other than it's a bit complicated for my old customers to learn at first). I'm moving to a new email provider that integrates with Swell/Yotpo. I'm hoping to just move my triggered emails over there for a better customer experience.
Easy to customise to fit your brand style (including nice fonts), plus a helpful and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend it to someone who wants to set up a rewards program. The free plan already has plenty of options to work with.
Just getting started, but LOVE the ease of use and the responsiveness of their team. In this field, I think customer service is everything. THANK YOU!!

Functionality seems to work well. Interface takes some work. Overall good app.
So simple and easy to use to engage customers with store perks. I'd recommend Swell to any business looking to interact more with customers and show them that it PAYS to be loyal! :)
L'application très bien , je mets une étoile en moins car tout est en anglais et je dois tout traduire , mais elle est top et complète.
Haven't started using it, but it looks like a very good app. I would recommend it!
