It's great that the Loyalty & Rewards program neatly ties in with their Testimonials app (e.g. the customer gets rewards points for leaving testimonials, which in and of themselves already help the business with social proof). We just had a small issue that was resolved by their support team within half an hour (we're based in Hong Kong so I'm assuming they have support staff around the clock) and that was a fantastic experience that shows the efficiency and level of support they offer customers. YotPo's apps are highly recommended!
Such a streamlined process to build a referral rewards and point system to be able to give back to customers for their continued support.
At Luxe and Lace we appreciate quality results and Swell definitely delivers. Putting their "money where their mouth is" with the free service until a store reaches 100 sales a month shows a genuine desire to create meaningful good for its store owner partners instead of just making a quick buck.
Swell has been very healpful and user friendly. It's nice that they don't charge you for their services until you reach 100 customers a month. Finally a product that I can grow with.

Ive only been using this app for literally 32 hours, but I can see the robustness and power behind its simple interface. I only wish there was a way to have a direct link to a sign up page instead of a small pop up tab. Id like for my customers to be able to see the page directly, but incognito has its up sides as well

We subscribed and had some set backs with our development timeline to integrate and utilize the app. Kerby offered fantastic Customer Support, we received a credit from Shopify in a timely fashion for the months unused. We look forward to onboarding with Swell soon!

very happy with the app, had a little difficulties on putting the rewards-page on the website, but thanks to the support of chris via chat, it was fixed in no time ! now active and very curious how the loyalty-rewards will please the clients :-)
