Yotpo's customer service is always helpful! They are able to answer any questions I have and show videos so I can reference back for help. 5 stars!
It's great that the Loyalty & Rewards program neatly ties in with their Testimonials app (e.g. the customer gets rewards points for leaving testimonials, which in and of themselves already help the business with social proof). We just had a small issue that was resolved by their support team within half an hour (we're based in Hong Kong so I'm assuming they have support staff around the clock) and that was a fantastic experience that shows the efficiency and level of support they offer customers. YotPo's apps are highly recommended!
We subscribed and had some set backs with our development timeline to integrate and utilize the app. Kerby offered fantastic Customer Support, we received a credit from Shopify in a timely fashion for the months unused. We look forward to onboarding with Swell soon!
very happy with the app, had a little difficulties on putting the rewards-page on the website, but thanks to the support of chris via chat, it was fixed in no time ! now active and very curious how the loyalty-rewards will please the clients :-)

I have spoken to Rilu Jane and although I had to leave my computer for 5-10 mins, she stayed with me on the chat and assisted me further to resolve the problem.
Also, the integration with Shopify is great! Especially the new Sticky Bar Placement option.
Great support via the chat function, App seems to be easy to use too, but have only just set it up. Looking forward to seeing the referrals come in!
Just got personal service from Jiemer, he not only was friendly but immediately fixed an install issue I was having. Can't wait to get this program rolling!
So far, it's been significantly better than the loyalty and referral app we were using prior. While the initial onboarding process was disjointed because our rep was leaving, the Yotpo team quickly found a replacement and helped with every step of the onboarding and making sure our programs (and email flows within Klaviyo) were set up optimally. Special shoutout to Angelo who helped checked every detail of our program and got us optimized!
