Jovan solved my problem. There is tiny pop up in English, but It must be Japanese. He told me that it must be custom coding as Japanese. Thanks Jovan!

I am using the program to set up a rewards system which allows customers to donate to the charity of their choice when they make a purchase. I have received speedy and helpful responses to all of my queries, and am looking forward to enhanced reporting capabilities soon which will make the whole process seamless. Very easy to use.

Excellent app. Clients are very shop savvy and offering them something back for purchasing from you is a great way to retain and grow.
Rewards and Referrals is a great way to engage those customers and help grow your potential client database.
