the chat support is really good.
It was quite difficult for us to implement a new tool seeing as we were migrating from another, but the Yotpo support team (especially Gabriel S) are highly responsive and pick up every ticket we sent them in the 2 weeks post launch. We appreciate the quick response & turnaround even though there were quite some bugs / issues with our launch (that was specific to our previous set up). Thanks Gabriel for helping us make sense of all the new data!
John B was friendly and helpful, 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars as he wasn't able to resolve the problem, I may have to contact them again if it doesn't resolve on its own.
Alyssa was of great help. My only frustration was the conflicting information I was receiving. I appreciate Alyssa's patience and help with the issue I had.
Arven was very helpful. It took a while for understanding to occur and a lot of screenshots and reiteration, but we finally got there in the end.

I've just set up my Shopify site having migrated from Volusion. That alone has me in such great spirits that I was already happy to leave high reviews. Then, I came across Swell in the Shopify app store, and it allows me to reward my customers for their loyalty and engagement for a ridiculously low cost! I'm down right giddy. As small business owners, the bottom line is at the forefront of every conversation, and the offering of discounts and perks with Rewards points are expense enough for us. I'm still working on and hoping to figure out how to delete codes that I accidentally imported to the wrong coupon - since I forgot to decipher between the discount_export csv files (1) (2) and (3) Otherwise, everything Ive wanted to do so far has been - - - swell :) I couldn't resist!
Good reward system to start with. Some issues with display pop up, not quiet upto the mark
Simple to setup and use with useful tutorial videos.. I just hope it helps build my business now :)
The reports are not currently working so we still have to request it from your support team. Thankful however for a very responsive support team but it would be better if we can extract it on ourselves so we don't have to bother/trouble anyone.
