If printing from a POS on an Android Tablet, this app wont be able to format properly the label dimensions to match with your paper size. With this setup, use the Official Swiss Post app, which works much better

We actually tried to contact you several times regarding this issue but unfortunately did not receive a response. We would really appreciate it if you could get in touch with us so we can continue working on this together and find the best solution for your setup.

Our app is mainly designed to be used via the Shopify Admin, both in the browser and mobile app. Printing directly from the Shopify POS app on Android tablets has not yet been fully tested, especially since opening our Swiss Post app from the POS app has only recently become possible. We will make sure to test this on our side.

Once the new label size is available, we would be very happy if you could test it again with us. We’re confident we can resolve this together soon. Please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime 🙂

Geils Programm, unkompliziert für den Versand, einfach Etiketten erstellen und bei ser post alles abgeben. Sehr geill!!! Schafe das es noch keine komplette Automatisierung für die Versandetiketten gibt. Aber kommt sicher bald ein wandel!!!
Empfele ich gerne weiter. Ein grosses DANKE an den Kundenservice echt top Leute und immer schnell zu klärung.

Wir nutzen die Swiss Post Label Printer App seit zwei Jahren für den Versand und das Tracking unserer Paketpost. Die Implementierung ins Shopsystem war sehr einfach und ist für jedermann möglich.
Nun hatten wir ein Problem mit der Etikettierung der Briefpost. Dank des persönlichen Supportes via Messenger war eine rasche und unkomplizierte Lösung möglich. Der Support war sehr hilfreich und kompetent. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Unterstützung. Alles funktioniert nun einwandfrei und schnell. Wir empfehlen die App sehr gerne zu 100% weiter.
