This app looks great and it's packed with features and insights on customer behavior. Had a little trouble making it work initially as a button wasn't appearing where it should in my theme but the customer support has been outstanding. They solved the issue in a matter of minutes and they've been not only efficient but also very nice.

BEWARE. We've paid $199 for the enterprise plan for three months and the app is still not live. The integration is terrible. The support is great to check in every week to ask if you need help, but then offer no real help with the problems. There are other apps that provide similar features that are way better- choose one of those and stay away from this nightmare. Costly mistake.

We've been actively engaged with your developers over the past several weeks, collaborating closely to address customization requests and to make sure the app is live. We also got on a call to help fix the issues you reported and we got a confirmation on October 9th from your team that things were working as expected. Our latest communication with them was on October 30th regarding some last CSS changes. Despite our subsequent attempts to follow up, unfortunately, we did not receive a response.

I used this app to add wishlist buttons to my store.
I liked that I was able to add custom colours to fit within my website theme. So far, so good.

I've just installed this APP, and I didn't understand what I should do to show wishlist icons on the top page and collection pages. However, their support is just great. I asked how to solve my issues by e-mail, and they gave us proper solutions so quickly. Thank you very much. 英語のアプリなので最初は分かりずらい部分がありましたが、適切かつ迅速なサポートで問題があっという間に解決できました。ありがとうございます。

Brilliantly responsive and helpful. The wishlist is great and we love that guests can create and save wishlists too. The support team made some custom changes for us quickly, optimistically and helpfully. Thanks very much.

Really easy to setup and works very well. The icon in the top toolbar didn't show up so I contacted support and they fixed it literally immediately! I've had very good luck with this and other Swym apps.
