I think everyone knows that speed is very important when running a shop.
I was so impressed with their customer support that I decided to upgrade my plan. Because it's very safe.

Quick and great customer service!

I can't turn off the weird automatically saved items pop up and it is only showing for 1 second so it is not useful for customers!

Swym Wishlisht +(BIS alerts) has been a great app for our e-commerce website. It has effective, and easy-to-use functionalities built-in and works very smoothly on the front-end of our site. Their team has been really great to work with - Shaylynn was super helpful making sure we get the most out of the app, and Josiah has been extremely attentive in ensuring we are using the tool(s) to the best of its capabilities. I would definitely recommend this app.

I had an issue with the product prices showing incorrectly in the wishlist (without decimals). I contacted support and they fixed it very quickly — everything now displays perfectly. The app works great, and the support team was fast, professional, and helpful.

We've been using Wishlist Plus for a few years now and our customers love it. It's helped us a lot with customer retention, and allows us to see metrics on which products people are saving for later. This is great for directly marketing to those customers based on their interests. The support has been excellent as well! Our theme recently went through an update and the support team was quick to get everything set back up for us. Seamless!

First, let me just say that the customer service I have received has been phenomenal! I have reached out twice, and they have responded within 2 minutes.

Both of my issues 1. Link to Share wishlist from product page was coming up as a 404 error. 2. The Wishlist wasn't showing up on mobile, were taken care of within minutes for one, and within 2 business days for the second (there was some coding needed).

For our customers it's easy to use, save, share and email their wish list.

Fantastic app. We installed it on one of our shops and, after some initial troubleshooting and corrections, it worked like a charm.
The support was extremely useful and ready to help; it managed to solve several issues/requests we had.
