This app is easy to use and does exactly what it says. Customer support is very friendly and quick to respond to questions or concerns. I will probably upgrade to the paid plan after trying it out for a while longer.
These guys are great! Super fast when requesting assistance and the App has been working great online as well as on our APP. We have had this app well over 2 years and haven't had any issues! Highly Recommend downloading the app(if you know what's good for ya)

Great app and awesome support! I'm not a developer &the app was easy to install and set up. Where I had a question and needed further help in customizing the settings, the support took care of helping me complete the set up. Their follow up was timely and continued to check in to make sure I had not additional questions.
The customer service is off the charts good. They go above and beyond to help you with anything that pops up. I could not recommend this App more highly. The App itself is wonderful and works great. Need to play around with it a bit and figure a few things out, but overall an easy App to navigate.

The customer service is very professional, providing timely and accurate assistance. They even proactively checked some malfunctioning features and helped restore them to normal operation. Communication was smooth and pleasant. The plugin offers a wide range of features, catering to different needs, and seamlessly integrates into my page without any issues. Highly recommended!

Upon reviewing your requirement and the store's configuration, we noticed that the Mail List checkbox is disabled. This setting impacts the emails captured via the Guest User Popup, due to which the entries appear as "No" under the Opted for Marketing List column. Additionally, for product email updates, we observed that Klaviyo is enabled for your store. To ensure emails are sent to customers, the necessary flows should be built and activated within Klaviyo.
We understand the confusion this might have caused, and we tried to explain the same in our chat conversation as well.
