I have only just started using this app so I can't say whether it will be beneficial to my store in the longterm but what I can say is that the team at Swym have been exceptionally helpful and responsive to my questions. They have gone above and beyond assisting me when I ran into a problem with my store which wasn't related to the app. I look forward to continuing to use Wishlist Plus and have found it better than another wishlist app I have used previously. I just installed this app on my site yesterday, but already I'm in love! Installation was soooo easy, no coding whatsoever (this is a huge deal for me as I freeze at the sight of codings). I was also very impressed by the support! I got an email about an hour after I installed the app - I almost overlooked it because I assumed it was another one of those automated emails. But turns out a support specialist was letting me know that the Wishlist floating button I just installed was overlapping my FB messenger button. Nisha was very helpful, she suggested alternative positions and even offered to do it for me. It may sound petty for others but as a tiny business operator like me who is taking care of everything from end to end, this kind of proactive support is really a huge deal. I strongly recommend!

This is a great app or any website. The customers seem to be using to make wishlists and we can see the data and retarget them for sales. The support team was excellent and very very quick with responses. Thank you and look forward to having great success with this app. would recommend to anyone thinking of having a wishlist app.

I'm still using the free version, but I'm willing to pay for it if the business goes well. First of all, I felt good because the Cs representative was so kind.

Firstly, Anusha from Swym support provided outstanding support that exceeded my expectations, Anusha resolved my issue over a Sunday (non working day in South Africa) which surprised me.

Review Wishlist Plus will add value to my business as it easily allows customers to add items to their wishlist - and hopefully convert later into a sale! The customer can also refer the item to a friend. Again well done to Anusha for support exceeding expectations.
