Decided to cancel my subscription and delete the app. A lot of suppliers have high prices, shipping prices, zero customers service, slow to no response. I gave up. I joined in hope of finding good suppliers but all of them are shitty except for one but I am not paying monthly fees to only use ONE good suppliers. Syncee customers is awesome but when something goes wrong between the business owner and supplier, their answer is "contact the supplier" as if its not their problem. Even Doba does a MUCH better job of handling this type of situations than Syncee. Not worth the $67/month even with coupon.

Suddenly the import of the variant iamges do not work anymore. Now we have big problems on our productiv store. A lot of images are missing.
Does not worth the costs. The updatin methode is not effective and you have to pay as much as you have products,more products more paying. Every time we update the variants Syncee seperate them again which made me lose a lot of time. Recomanden only for peopel who do not no how to upload products directly from the supliers. ....

Worst app Ive ever used. Products disappear of the site, customer service is awful. Do not install this app, biggest waste of hours and money.
We would like to clear your comment. We want to emphasize that we were in contact daily with each other. Moreover, we tried to call you by phone several times without an answer. We received your emails all the time, and immediately we answered as soon as possible, as our office is open only on weekdays from 3:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (US Central Time). As you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our users.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SYNCEE. Don’t make the same mistakes I did. Though the app started out well with only a few issues the first month where there were items uploaded with no pictures or items discontinued for months, according to the supplier when i contacted them, yet they still uploaded them to my website and I had to delete them. I ended up having to cancel due to repeated issues regarding the inventory updates. I had to cancel 4 orders in less than a month directly related to the app not updating the inventory for my suppliers and showing hundreds in stock when in fact there was none. The support team said it was the supplier and the supplier said it was Syncee. Needless to say when I had to cancel 2 orders in 24 hrs for the same issue, I cancelled my subscription 2.5 wks early and deleted the app, cutting my losses for the rest of that month paid. Now, 5 days before that month ended they charged me another $129.00 for yet another month even though I had cancelled over 2 wks early. Now i am having to go back and forth with them to get the money refunded. After just over a week they still have not. UPDATE - The people at Syncee are not willing to refund any portion of the month paid stating that the issues were with the supplier and not them. Issues that if they knew they had they should have fixed before uploading to any of our websites. These errors cost me 4 sales totally almost $1000.00 but apparently its my problem and not theirs. I guess as long as they keep the $129.00 they could care less how much I lost. Though the app seemed like a great thing to have and worth the money at first, if you start having issues, even if it cost you sales, don't expect them to let go of any portion of the sales they made from you as a customer. I found its easier to do it myself and wish I had to start with and not made the mistake of trying to use a service like this. Besides, I found one of the auto feeds from the supplier was only $30/month and the other was free since it was only an Excel file manually uploaded…..so I basically just gave them $100 every month for what cost them $30.00 to do. At least now that I am doing it myself I know the information and inventory amounts are correct and it only take 5 mins of my time daily. I have found many, many people have left reviews with the same exact issues. I wish I had read them. Live and learn. Though I went through the Shopify Support for emails between myself and Syncee. It didn't stop Syncee from continuing to send me emails outside of the support, asking me to reinstall the app and give them a 5 star rating. I don't understand how they can be more concerned with their ratings and keeping the money than customer satisfaction which we all knows can go a long ways.

As we have already discussed, the issue was that the data source our application was working from has been changed from time-to-time. This could happen with any other application that is for managing the products and their updates and it is out of our hands.
We have reached out to the supplier whom you had these issues with and ensured that no such thing happens again. In their reply on 25 May 2021 they ensured us that from that day they will not modify that particular part on the datafeed file that caused the issue.

Too difficult to learn how to import, mainly because the explainer videos are too hard to understand. They need a different explainer voice. Too hard to understand! This makes us want to invest elsewhere.
When I first downloaded this app I was impressed but the cold reality of issues was yet to surface. This app has no way of integrating or monitoring shipping costs and no way to combine the costs in an easy manner. You will literally have to monitor each product with your team or by yourself. I have had to cancel over 3k worth of sales due to issues with this integration app. I would encourage you to read these reviews and HEED the warnings. or you will find out as I did, the hard way. The response listed below by the team does not apply and further confirms my review. You must add a fixed price. Well that is an issue because pricing from their suppliers could drastically change. Adding an extra $50 fixed may make sense for an RC vehicle but it would not make sense for a TV in which shipping could range $100 or a toothbrush $5??? If you see the response that is all you need to know.

The solution for your request is in the "catalog pricing" tab where you can add a percentage and/or a fixed amount, depends on your supplier.

I used this app for about a month and processed real orders with it. Here's my honest opinion as a professional dropshipper/whitelabeler with 9 years of experience. This app is just a trap for newbies to waste money. Its overpriced and does not deliver any real value.
1-The suppliers on syncee can be found on ANY other app completely FREE.
2-"Premium" suppliers aren't actually premium. We looked though them ALL.
3-The supplier prices on Syncee are typically higher than any other dropship supplier app
4-Supplier on this app specifically tend to inflate shipping costs. I suspect that this is to simply add to their revenue. This is not common on all DS'ing apps.
5-Supplier NEVER reply on syncee so dont ever expect a reply from almost any supplier after weeks and months.
6-Syncee customer service, although kind, serve no real purpose other than to tell you to reach out to suppliers for most questions...suppliers who never respond, see #5.
7- 29$/month for 25 products is silly and offensive.
8- Lots of newbies love this because its easy to understand and it pretty, but professionals will not appreciate it.
9-If you do finally get a response back from a supplier, you have to be on a paid scubscription to even READ it.
Syncee is for newbies to feel like they are doing something in the direction of starting their own business but it offers no real value for people who are serious about running a business.

First of all, suppliers who request to join our marketplace are checked thoroughly before they become available on Syncee. It's the supplier's choice where they want to offer their products. It's not completely clear to us what you mean by accessing their products on any app for free. All drophipping platforms have their unique fee.
Secondly, it is the supplier's decision on how they price their products and shipping. We have no influence on it at all and there is no extra fee we add to the prices!
Thirdly, there are specific questions like shipping-related ones or else, that are something only the supplier could answer effectively so there are cases when we have to direct retailers to suppliers.
Furthermore, Syncee has features that are only available in specific plans, and that is why you couldn't access the Messages in a free plan.
Once again, we are genuinely sorry about what you experienced. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
They charged me despite not using the application and they never sent a reminder for an upcoming bill as every other reputable supplier does! When I contacted them they said they will not refund me despite it is evident I am not using the app! This says a lot about their values and strategy!

We are sorry to read your review. Please note that our application has a free plan which can be used to browse our Marketplace and prepare catalogs in order to have them ready before subscribing.
When a store installs Syncee, the store gets this Starter plan as the default plan which is totally free and has no time limitation.
The store owner can decide to subscribe at any time if they want to upload and manage products.
You were using Syncee's free trial that allows you access to our subscription plan that adds the possibility to upload products from Syncee to the store and manage them until the subscription is cancelled.
Syncee uploaded products from our system and managed these products properly until when our app was uninstalled.
The uninstall process stopped the recurring app charge and in the next billing period this store will not be charged for the subscription, but for this period the charge was accepted when subscribing.
Please note that upon subscribing, the Refund and Cancellation policy is accepted, where it is clearly stated that after the free trial or from our annual plans, we do not offer refunds.
The chosen plan can be used to its full functionalities until the end of the subscribed billing period.
Our app has free support, we can be reached in our in-app chat or via email if there are any questions or any help is needed to manage products on your store with our app.
