Expensive but good. I think the product range is excellent and of high quality, however, the UI can be slow and laggy and the subscription model is quite unforgiving to newer stores.

Excellent App, had to get help from customer support at the beginning, just to make sure all of my items that were being imported were set up as I wanted them to be, they guided me through the process and in time once I got the hang of it, now I can honestly say this app is PERFECT, does exactly what it says, saves a lot of manual hours in uploaded products to your store, every item has perfect images, descriptions (depending on what the supplier has written) all I do now is watch the products load and add them to my Web Store, add them to my collections, my feedback from customers is that of my set up simple but effective. Thanks to Syncee for producing a great App.
The best thing ever, the team that assisted me were great and really made my life 1000 times easier. one of the technicians named Imre was really helpful. i would recommend this for both startups and those who are succesfully runiing their online business. thank you syncee for the amazing work.
I was searching for an app that could handle our data feeds for our dropship store, after some research Syncee seemed the best solution.
And I was not dissapointed, Syncee is a great app and handles our needs with ease, the support is brilliant and Imre helped us setup our feeds and get our products mapped correctly.
I would highly recommend Syncee for your data feed need :)

Found numerous bugs, typos, browser conflicts, etc. I work in IT and I couldn't get it to work properly.
STAY AWAY!
I've read tons of very bad reviews about their app charging the subscription fee even if the plan was downgraded to the free plan and I still went ahead and installed it and I DEEPLY regret it. They indeed charged us even after we had CONFIRMATION from their support that we downgraded and we won't be charged.
After emailing them (because there's no way of getting any reply regarding refunds from the chat support.....) their SUCCESS manager told us they can't refund us and invoked their terms&conditions.
I am sorry to leave such a bad review, but what they're doing is not ok.

We are deeply sorry to read your review. Please let us summarize this case for you as our customer support has also done so in the correspondence you had. It appears that there might have been some confusion regarding the timing of your free trial period and subsequent subscription charges. Unfortunately, you tried to cancel your free trial late and this is why Shopify has charged you. You have used your subscription to upload products to your store during the billing cycle you have been charged for. By the time you cancelled your subscription, your trial was already over. And then you deleted the app almost a month after canceling your subscription.
We want to clarify that our support has not confirmed to you that you will not be charged, it was only about the information that you cancelled your subscription successfully. You have used your 14-day free trial fully and as you also mentioned, you have accepted our Terms and Conditions which contains details about the Refund Policy. Once again, we are deeply sorry about any inconvenience you may have experienced. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
At first I was skeptical because I couldn't reach anyone on a weekend but later someone did respond to advise their limited on weekends. Since then so far i have been enjoying the different vendors and the syncee agents are helpful, I would recommend this app
