The individuals at Syncee have been very responsive and were very helpful in answering all my questions. The program is also very easy to use and flexible. My only complaint is regarding the vendor contact availability and product selection. It would be nice if they could provide a contact number for the wholesalers/suppliers they work with. It has been a challenge trying to get in contact with some of the suppliers. In additon, I am starting an home decor business and they do not have many unique products and are very limitied.

I'll put a star on it because it's mandatory. I do not recommend at all to this company, after supposedly sending orders a month and 12 days ask me to confirm the address, when the address is correct, the customers waiting for orders and I claimed in the end I have had to repay those customers and the customer losses for not complying with the shipment and if we talk about the order tracking number they give it to you and they bring to their web which customers already realize and let you buy it. I pay the fee every month and I haven't been paid back yet, don't be cheated on, don't RECOMMEND YOUR DINER.

As Syncee is not involved in the trading process, you have to manage every refund-related process with your supplier. If you want an order to be refunded, it is the supplier with whom you have to discuss it. Syncee is a platform where you can find products to sell and suppliers to work with, and our system provides you useful features such as keeping the product data up-to-date in your online store daily, automatically. While they may have some nice products, you don't get the satisfaction of uploading unlimited products as you do with other suppliers. The Basic plan only allows you to upload 25 products for the YEAR, but yet they expect you to pay monthly, and the pro plan only allows 250 products a year. I load about 200 products a day to my online retail store. If you're just starting out, this supplier isn't for you. Sorry Syncee, but you need to increase the products we are able to add to our store.

We appreciate your feedback. Please let us bring it to your attention that Syncee offers several plans based on how many products you would like to upload to your online store to sell. Any business can pick the plan that is ideal for their business needs. Please let us recommend our Business plan which allows you to upload 10,000 products to your store, or our Plus plan which allows you to upload 50,000 products to your store.
Furthermore, please let us also highlight that Syncee specializes in keeping products continuously up-to-date. The plan you pick allows you to manage that amount of products in total, and not "yearly". With Syncee, automated order data synchronization is also available besides other helpful features like product pricing and more.

It is not possible to run tests for this reason and it is impractical.
Its a great app I just don't understand why on all my products its only showing one picture. All the products coming from the whole seller has multiple pictures.
DONOT BUY OR INSTALL THIS THING, this app is not recommended at all, fist of all they will take your money,just by installing the app and even if you need support from them,they will not reply you just killing time to charge you and its costumer service is disgusting, I advice every one to stay away from them this is just to rip you. off, addiding product to your store will cause glitch and slow down all the process, its just glitter gimmick to take your money no more, it's easy to get 5 stars fake review anyone can try it and end up with the same result which is non professional support and software is just cannot do what they promise you, even their product prices are higher than market ,you can directly contact these supplier and add products no need for all these head ache and middle man to charge you extra for a service that you will not get, I don't know how shopify allow this happen in their platform.
I already contacted you and you denied shopify email to refund me and now you are blaming shopify for the charge, I think this is something shopify must have a clear policy and answer as this is totally not good for shopify as a respectful company and platform.
Please note that we do not charge our customers for installing Syncee.
Our app is free to install, we have 14 days free trial and even after the free trial is expired, it still remains free to use.
Shopify charges for using this app only after a user subscribes to any of our plans.

Do not force your customers to waste their time for the unnecessary steps. Reviews and whatnots can be suggested to customers and not a compulsory.
Even if we will not use Syncee for now, If you are a drop shipping company looking for a simple and cheap solution, Syncee is designed for you. It's very easy to sync your inventory with the supplier(s). The inventory is updated in real time and they can manage product variations, has accurate price settings and can integrate pictures with the description, which is f.. awesome. The support will help you to do this properly with dedication and kindness. You also can manage multiple suppliers sources for a cheap price, as they propose 5.000 SKU for 65$, one of the best offer on the market right now. To resume the app in 3 words: Efficient, Ergonomic and friendly.
