I've really enjoyed using Syncee. They have so many products and preapproved vendors to select from.

Pros: the product selection is good for my needs. The program is easy to use, and syncing is pretty simple.
Cons: customer service is not as fast as it was when I started a few months ago and the app has not been working well, specifically the marketplace.

Every order had to be canceled or refunded. Sucks to spend lots money on ads and platforms like these fumble. Questions are met with "Please contact the supplier directly."

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. After signing up for the trial version to evaluate the app, I decided it wasn't for me and canceled the subscription promptly. However, they still attempted to charge me an annual subscription fee.
Despite their claim that there was no trial period and I had to pay for the subscription, I had already canceled. I contacted customer support multiple times, but each time, my issue was passed to the billing department with no proper resolution. To make matters worse, they repeatedly tried to charge me £231 through the Shopify store.
The customer service has been extremely unhelpful and frustrating. I do not recommend this service due to their poor handling of billing issues and lack of effective customer support

A 14-day free trial is only available for monthly subscriptions which information is also accessible within our application.

Just started using, still exploring and testing. We should have 5 products to test in the free version. For stores that are starting it's not viable to pay a plan.
