Excellent app, and support is excellent! But the chatbot screening is frustrating—it tries everything to keep you from reaching a human agent. If a chatbot could actually resolve issues, I wouldn’t mind, but we’re still years away from that level of reliability. For a paid app, human support should be the priority. If the goal is to train bots, that should be done through a free service, not at the expense of customers’ time—something small business owners simply don’t have to waste.

I found the experience of searching for products very easy on Syncee, however, I think there just needs to be more variety in certain areas.

ich nutze es um inventar up to date zu halten, es gibt viel auswahl an produkten bzw große auswahl an händler.. was mir dort auch gefällt ist der Kundensercie.
was nicht so gut ist, es ist unübersichtlich und leider nicht so gut zu filtern. Es wäre besser wenn man die produkte noch besser filtern könnte.

Easy to use and good products, shipping times can be a bit delayed from suppliers depending on when orders are placed. but the service and interface are easy to use and operate as they should.

This is a great App which connects seamlessly to Shopify. The diversity of products and vendors are enough to keep you adding items to your store indefinitely, especially since new vendors are being added every month. You can choose what you want Syncee to update to your store such as Inventory (which updates throughout the day), Price, Cost, etc. You can message vendors within the App and (most) get back to you quickly (don't even try to message HomeRoots as they will never respond). There is also a Data Feed Manager if you choose to connect via Syncee to other vendors.

You can try this App for free up to 25 products. There is a bit of a learning curve to using the app only because it syncs very quickly and you need to make sure your settings are correct since it will instantly update if you tell it to. I have recommended Syncee to stores in several niches and even to others personal product lines just to add some other products to their site to compliment what they already have.

Customer support is more than helpful and responsive if you need any help setting it up or questions down the road. Just don't expect them to be involved in the order itself. You need to contact the vendor on your own if there are any issues or returns.

It's very early to form an opinion, but so far the support is very good and helpful (Imre). The interface could be more easy and simplified, is a bit more complicated comparing to other platforms.
Also the pro plan is quite expensive for the only 250 products it allows you to sync. The search field needs more care (a lot actually). It seems to have many products to the markets i want to ship, but the prices are quite high, though it is has to do with the suppliers. I will come back with another review when i spend more time.
