Very pleased with the customer service, as I had to ask a few questions and they got back very quickly, with their help I now have got the hang of things.

Don't waste your time or money. I had the app for months and contacted alot of the suppliers on here to use their products and had no response, so I deleted the app and they still charged me for another month and will not give me a refund.

We want to apologize for your recent experience. We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied with a listed supplier.

Please be aware that each of our suppliers undergoes a serious pre-screening before being listed on our Marketplace. In general, we do not have to interfere in the relationship (communication) between retailers and suppliers. Syncee is solely responsible for the product management and the compliance of the products on our Marketplace.

Besides, as suppliers have to meet the listed supplier’s requirements, they can also decide whether they want to work with a retailer. Since they invest a lot of time and money building their brands, their primary purpose to work with stores that fit their branding criteria.

Our Support Team was always here for you, and we are still here to assist you if you have any questions or concerns.

I've only just started using Syncee. While it took me a little while to learn the setup, Imre and his team have been great to deal with and super quick in responses. It runs smoothly and works great when all setup.

Great App and Great customer service will continue to use for my store if you don't know how to do something with the app or if you have tried to add inventory and you don't know-how, customer service always saves the day and it's done quicker than if you do it your self, they stay with till the end, not just tell you how to do it they make sure you are satisfied with the job :-)

This is simply fantastic application. Customer service is great and always help you with questions. Very easy to use once you understand the way it works. Customer service helped me all the time and explain what I need to do. I can only recommend it.

As a newbies in drop shipping I never found a platform with all exclusive offers on the same app till I came across Syncee, since then it has being a game changer for my business.

Decided to cancel my subscription and delete the app. A lot of suppliers have high prices, shipping prices, zero customers service, slow to no response. I gave up. I joined in hope of finding good suppliers but all of them are shitty except for one but I am not paying monthly fees to only use ONE good suppliers. Syncee customers is awesome but when something goes wrong between the business owner and supplier, their answer is "contact the supplier" as if its not their problem. Even Doba does a MUCH better job of handling this type of situations than Syncee. Not worth the $67/month even with coupon.

I like the fact that you can add hundreds of products from suppliers. I don't like that you can't just choose certain categories to upload to your store from a supplier. You can choose individual products. Overall, it's okay. Not sure if I'd recommend it either way.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to say that there is definitely an option in Syncee to filter products by categories in bulk of your chosen supplier. You need to use the 'Find Suppliers' option on Syncee Marketplace for this. Just pick your supplier there and set up different filters on what you wish to upload to your store.
