Syncio has been an essential app for our business! Could not work without it. Jimmy is on the ball and quick to answer any queries we have. I have three websites and use it for all of them!

A great app and absolutely amazing support! They put in a lot of effort to make the app work with our POS-system which requires different SKUs compared to our other stores. Rayman does great work with customer service and kept us updated all the time!

This app sucks! It add its own variants and changes products descriptions. It syncs orders but gives a lot of problems with sending confirmation emails to customers. Also the customer support sucks! They don't reply. I have been waiting for days after several emails! DON'T USE THIS APP. It saves you a lot of trouble

Sorry to hear about your experience. The team was investigating the confirmation emails and would love to get back to you on that if you were still interested? This problem has never happened to any of our other customers so we'd like to work with you to see what is causing it, especially since we only trigger an email push from the Shopify store, the email doesn't get sent by Syncio directly.

In regards to adding its own variants and product descriptions, this is a setting in our custom sync module that needs to be applied by the customer. It essentially syncs the variants and product descriptions of the source store to the destination store product. Maybe there was a misunderstanding of how these features worked?

We're sorry that your expectations were not met in regards to our customer support. We will learn from this and have already come up with ways to improve. Again, we'd love to work with you again.

Works like a charm. We use the app to sync our main store to three other stores with different pricing and languages. The detailed settings allows us to sync just the right information. Quick and helpful customer service as well!

We are using Syncio to enable drop-ship sales from one Shopify store (A) to another Shopify store (B). This functionality works exactly as we would like it to. Unfortunately, they cannot currently sync sales back the opposite way (a different product from store B to store A). I'm told this is on the road map. In the meantime, we are stuck searching for another app that does the exact same thing so that we can enable drop-ship sales in the other direction.

This app solves all of our stock problems with running multiple sites even when the product details are in different languages. The team are very helpful if you have any questions or issues. This has saved hours of availability balancing and manual syncing. Would 100% recommend!

Highly recommended. This app makes having 2 stores so much easier to manage. it is user friendly and the staff is very helpful with anything you cant figure out on your own. A lifesaver for sure!
