I installed Syncio to connect the inventory between my two stores Accordion Pro Shop and Hermes Music. Thanks to Syncio, when a sale is made on one store, the inventory will automatically update to the other, saving me time and hassle. The customer service has been fantastic as well, having been able to skype call some questions and the team is always very responsive over chat. Highly recommend!
Syncio has opened up the possibility to find many more channels to sell our products, and it is so simple for us to set up with our destination stores! Customer support is also outstanding, helping us with any questions we have in a timely manner.
Fantastic customer service, it's so easy to work with the Syncio team who help walk you through how to use the app. Syncio has allowed me to sync between Shopify stores and saved me so much time!

Of the apps there that sync stores, this is one of the more solid ones out there. We also had them do some custom development and they were very reasonable on pricing and timeline. Overall great!

I do not recommend this app for stores that need inventory sync from multiple inventory location from source shopify store to destination store. The app just dumps all inventory count from multiple locations from source store to one inventory location in destination store. There is no solutions to this according to their support. If not, great app to use. The support team have reached out to me and they have updated that the issues I am having will be fixed in a couple of months.
Hi, sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. From what you have said, it sounds like the multi-location syncing settings may not have been set up right. Would love to catch you on a call to help you set it up and help revert things back. Really sorry again for the experience, but confident that we can turn that around!
