One of the best supports I've ever received from any app! Thank you Rayman for such great help. Although my requests were above what this app can do, it does a wonderful job at accomplishing what it says it does (Real Time Syncing).

This app is great for real time updates on inventory for multiple stores. We have the complexity of both B2C and B2B stores and this app can cope really well. Mostly I am thankful and impressed by the support we have been given by the team in helping us understand the app and make changes as our business changes.

This app has been a life saver, saving me hours of manual work uploading products and stressing over out-of-date inventory on my stores. Now inventory is updated to all my stores automatically and in real-time. Customer support has been fantastic too, helping me setup the stores while also quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this app!

Their customer service sucks. Fellow distribution companies: this is not the app for you if you're trying to create a vertically integrated supply chain. I know the app looks pretty, but don't be fooled. You'll just end up frustrated at the absolute lack of functionality.

The only use cases I can see for this app are for very simple cross-store inventory syncing and perhaps horizontal supply chains/cross-selling.

You're not wrong in that we've built Syncio to do cross-store inventory syncing that can potentially enable horizontal supply chains/cross-selling. This is a big focus for us, but we're very keen to hear more from you around what you envisioned Syncio could do for a vertically integrated supply chain? I absolutely love this app, I was having a syncing issue and Jimmy helped me figure it out. He walked me through the entire process and figured out where I was having the issue with my products syncing. Jimmy was very patient answered all my questions and concerns, I have nothing but great things to say and Jimmy and his company. The Syncio app is easy to use and keeps you on top of your inventory. I highly suggest this app you will not regret it!

Syncio has been an essential app for our business! Could not work without it. Jimmy is on the ball and quick to answer any queries we have. I have three websites and use it for all of them!

A great app and absolutely amazing support! They put in a lot of effort to make the app work with our POS-system which requires different SKUs compared to our other stores. Rayman does great work with customer service and kept us updated all the time!

This app sucks! It add its own variants and changes products descriptions. It syncs orders but gives a lot of problems with sending confirmation emails to customers. Also the customer support sucks! They don't reply. I have been waiting for days after several emails! DON'T USE THIS APP. It saves you a lot of trouble

Sorry to hear about your experience. The team was investigating the confirmation emails and would love to get back to you on that if you were still interested? This problem has never happened to any of our other customers so we'd like to work with you to see what is causing it, especially since we only trigger an email push from the Shopify store, the email doesn't get sent by Syncio directly.

In regards to adding its own variants and product descriptions, this is a setting in our custom sync module that needs to be applied by the customer. It essentially syncs the variants and product descriptions of the source store to the destination store product. Maybe there was a misunderstanding of how these features worked?

We're sorry that your expectations were not met in regards to our customer support. We will learn from this and have already come up with ways to improve. Again, we'd love to work with you again.

Works like a charm. We use the app to sync our main store to three other stores with different pricing and languages. The detailed settings allows us to sync just the right information. Quick and helpful customer service as well!
