Syncio is exactly what I have been looking for in terms of inventory syncing across both a retail & wholesale site. No more stressing about out of stock items and consistently cross checking - such a time saver! This app is excellent if you have multiple shops and want to sync products and inventory between each other. Very easy to setup and use. The support is impeccable. Rayman answered our questions immediately and solved anything we have come upon. Strongly recommended.

We are using this app to - you guessed it - sync inventory between 2 Shopify sites. We realized an issue with inventory not syncing for orders placed but pending payment. Reached out to Syncio, and they responded quickly, and enabled these "Pending Payment" orders to also sync inventory (not a default feature, but something they can "turn on" if needed). Now this app meets our needs perfectly. We are still early on in our use, but I've completed several tests, and the app seems to update inventory just as it should, without any crazy unexplained inventory changes that we experienced with another syncing app. Thanks Syncio!

Support is responsive. We ran into an issue (more of a misunderstanding of how the app works) and it was resolved within a matter of minutes. Be aware the app will sync any product whether it has inventory or not. So be mindful of what you tell the app to do .. because like anything software it will do exactly that. If you don't want items with no inventory sync'd: don't sync them. Great app, great support -
