We are using Syncio to enable drop-ship sales from one Shopify store (A) to another Shopify store (B). This functionality works exactly as we would like it to. Unfortunately, they cannot currently sync sales back the opposite way (a different product from store B to store A). I'm told this is on the road map. In the meantime, we are stuck searching for another app that does the exact same thing so that we can enable drop-ship sales in the other direction.
Seems to work well. I've only come across one major issue:
We have a lot of bundles and use the Bundles app that sets the inventory of the bundle based on the inventory totals of the individual products. Syncio inventory sync seems to be triggered by either a Paid Order, or manual inventory edit... but if another app like Bundles adjusts the inventory of an individual product (because a bundle was sold), Syncio's sync is not triggered and does not sync the inventory. If an individual product of that bundle is sold, then sync is triggered and inventory levels on the source store catch up. This will become problematic if you have a lot of bundled products like we do... not sure of a good way to do bundles yet with this app and we don't really want to have to manually assign x number of items to multiple bundles in our source store.
Thanks so much for your feedback. We're looking into compatibility with the Bundles app and other options. We're getting more requests to offer bundles and we'll look to make this work soon!
I love this app! Gives me the opportunity to connect with vendors just by a few simple steps. Cant wait for the dual function app late 2023.
I used this app for months,it's quickly for syncing,Syncio did exactly what we needed it to do, and the support staff was always very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
The customer service is very fast and friendly. I launched a new affiliate ecommerce store and loading the products to my shopify was easy with Syncio. Their platform is very user-friendly. They were very sympathetic that I was slow in starting my store so they even gave me a credit!
Once I was able to get a hold of customer service through chat, they guided me with the appropriate tools to fix my issue. Very good!

Great! Is quite rare to find an app which solves a problem this efficiently straight out of the box. Instrumental in helping us sync our multiple International stores - was quick to implement, and even easier to use.

The app is expensive so you kind of expect some support when you need it. However, they are useless. They provide Zero support! I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago and have followed up with other emails chasing an answer and no one has got back to me. So now my store is left in limbo. Looking for a different app.

I love this app. Only ever had one issue, and was fixed no problem, and follow-up was soon after. Customer service is amazing. I wish more source stores were using this app. It is so easy to use and products synced instantly. It would be great to have a directory of source stores.
Good Concept - but I cannot expect my Destination stores to bear a $40 per month cost (base fee plus order sync) you have got this the wrong way round., As a source store- i would happily pay the extra fees, but no way am i going to ask people to pay that much to sync my products!! I wish you the best of luck
I'm sorry our available plans didn't work out for your needs. We have seen a couple of requests from Source stores asking to take on the cost for the Destination stores that are syncing and selling their products. Some Source stores have resolved this by arranging special rates or reimbursements for their Destination stores.
We are definitely open to exploring this as an option for pricing as we continue to grow our core app without compromising our current level of service. I would be happy to find some time to discuss your use case and perhaps get you and a Destination store on an extended trial to see if Syncio might be a good fit. Syncio is currently saving me a ridiculous amount of time with order processing and fulfillment, and is overall allowing me to scale without worry of backend logistics. Highly recommend for collaborative suppliers and retailers!
Excellent APP, synchronize products, orders, inventory, prices, everything you need for dropshippping or similar. In my case I needed to link 20k skus and it does not have such functionality.
My experience with Syncio has varied but ultimately been a very positive experience and critical to my businesses success. They are, in my opinion, the best app in their sector and once you are up and running which doesn't take very long to do, the app runs quite well. PROS: Easy to use dashboard for both the marketplace owners, and for their vendors. Constantly improving the product (and they seek feedback from their app users for improvement ideas). Responsive dashboard/API that seems to talk to Shopify quite well. Order forwarding to Vendors is spotless, this is where they specialize. Overall, GREAT. CONS: Hours of operation are a bit off from North America's so sometimes support request emails take a bit to hear back on (they are based in Australia so the time change is noticeable sometimes, especially going into the weekends. HOWEVER, I know they are actively working on fixing that and have even noticed an improvement in just the 2 months I've been with them). Sometimes buggy syncs results in a few items needing to be synced twice (again, I've noticed these issues largely drop off in the last 2 months, a testament to their constant improvement). Other than that there are no real downsides you could hold them accountable for. They add to the feature set consistently with more things in the pipeline. REVIEW: 4/5 stars - will be a full 5 once they implement a way for Marketplace owners to automatically split revenue as this is the final piece to create an all-in-one solution.
Tried a few apps that try to do what this app does. This one does it better than the others, support is responsive, and new features being released frequently.
Syncio is great. It's saved us countless hours adding products and maintaining stock levels across stores. The platform has an intuitive UI and great support, highly recommend.
We are a marketplace business and use this app to connect to our suppliers. It helps us automate the business tremendously and the support is really amazing: super fast and ready to go the extra mile to solve even very specific-to-you problems.
We are using this app for our three stores to sync inventory between each other. It basically works as it is advised. The app is really helping us a lot scaling our business up to different regions. The support team is really great. They are always there to help when you need them.

This app is life changing!! It has made adding a second site a breeze and I am beyond thrilled. Also - the support I received for set up was stellar. I was walked through key processes and offered amazing tips to make life easier. I cannot say it enough - HIGHLY recommend!
I wanted to use this app, to sync data in between my 2 stores. They will charge you on both ends. If you're like me and paying both ends, it won't be worth it.
Second, they charge an addition 10cents per transaction.
Lastly, what I really didn't like and was misleading is that for the destination store the free trial isn't 30 days but 7 days.
Because of this misleading fact, I won't pay an app that could possibly charge and mislead me again in the future.

We have just implemented the 30 day free trial from a 7 day free trial to help new retailers who are transitioning their businesses online due to COVID-19 - this is definitely a technical issue. We are not trying to be misleading and this disappoints the team greatly as we are genuinely trying to offer something to retailers out there for free for 30 days (we don't make any money from this). The team is fixing this now - we'd love to see you back with a 30 day free trial if you are open to it.
In terms of the pricing, we have taken your feedback but I want to clarify our pricing. We charge a subscription on one end (destination store) and charge $0.10/order on the source store for only additional orders that you make from the destination store. This is stated in our appstore listing. The reason we do this is because every order update back to your source store requires server costs to update in real-time. For an average order value of $75, we thought that $0.10 would be a very small percentage (0.133%) to take off. But we are reviewing the pricing to make sure that we continue to be great value to our customers.
Syncio is an amazing feature for Shopify plus merchants with multiple storefronts. Jimmy and his team have been so helpful with everything and would highly reccomend

Would recommend this app. We have been using Syncio for sometime now and its been wonderful. It's easy to use and works as it should. The customer service is also brilliant. So quick to respond, identify any issues (generally have been minor and user error) and fix them. We have also noticed that improvements to features are quite often made which have been helpful for our stores. Really great app!

Currently using this app to sync inventory across all my stores. Would be great if they had a feature to create SKUs from my source store to all of the destination stores, but the other features of the syncing are done fantastically. Also, the support level is one of the top I have ever seen. Really recommend this service for services that have multiple shops on Shopify.

Thanks for your service, it is very convenient to work. My products are updated in real time, I do not follow the remnants of inventory. Easy to add items to inventory. Recommend.
The app works very well in relation to inventory syncing. I have had some issues with the app of items not syncing, however the support by messenger its great and they've solved every issue I encounter. Also they only charge you for the destination store which is fair, unlike other apps.
The things that would make this App better are the ability to copy other attributes of the products (like title, tags, and such) but let you choose which attributes to copy. Also, a better log system and a way to massively unscync products, right now you have to individually click an "unsync" button for every product.
But for what it says it does and how it does it, the app it's simply great.
Support is responsive. We ran into an issue (more of a misunderstanding of how the app works) and it was resolved within a matter of minutes. Be aware the app will sync any product whether it has inventory or not. So be mindful of what you tell the app to do .. because like anything software it will do exactly that. If you don't want items with no inventory sync'd: don't sync them. Great app, great support -
I really like the customer service here. You should give this app a try! And the good thing about this app is the source website they don't charge you. Only the destination website that will be charge! If you have under 100 or 500 products, this is a good deal!
If you need a customer service that response you quickly and explain you in details, this is a good place to go. Install your trial version and use it, it's worth a try!
