Just installed the SyncTrack app today and ill start off by saying the integration is probably the best I have ever seen out of any app like this. Turned out I had a question and I reached out to support to see if they could help me out and within an hour they had gotten back to me and went above and beyond to ensure my question was answered and I was taken care of! I have been using this apps for months, and it saved me a lot of times to add tracking numbers on PayPal. And the customer service is always very helpful.
The App is quite straight forward, and the app developer has been very helpful. I particularly like the fact that we can upload a csv file including all our tracking numbers, carrier, tracking link, for all our paypal orders, so that it can be prepared perfectly by our team first, then uploaded into the app, to finally being pushed into paypal system.

So far the app has been working good with PayPal. I had a small incident with Stripe but Tracy and the rest of the development team helped me to fix it. This app is a must if you want to avoid any issue with PayPal and your funds.

The App is great and Tracy from their customer service is amazing! She explained me everything about the app and is so patient and kind. The App is a must to prevent holds from PayPal and to sync the tracking numbers automatically. The best app for this case is definitely Synctrack. Amazing value for a cheap price!
