Everything using fine untill recently it doesn't allow export data report directly and only can be used with googlesheet, That's nothing to say, but, when we used some days, it noticed that"Hobby accounts are limited to 35 monthly refreshes.", It's a free app before, with no any notice said will be paid, it transfer to have to paid to use, terrible!
Hi, sorry about this! Yes SyncWith is a tool to pull your data into Google Sheets so that you could manipulate it or report on it there.
We've just updated our app description to mention pricing, I'm sorry that wasn't more clear before.

Not working. Not even integrated. Support team is helpless
Hi, I'm so sorry to hear you've had trouble, our app is designed to let you connect your store to our Google Sheets addon (or our Looker Studio connector) so you can run reports there.
