Great for all Shopify and other app transactions. Process all payments through one source and see them all in Quickbooks. Have been using Synder for a few years now and just recently added Shopify. All is great!
This is a life saver for a small business. Easily connects to quickbooks desktop and has saved hours on manual entry so I can spend more time focusing on the business and less on admin. This is a highly recommended app.
Just trying out this new app and so far it is excellent. Customer service from Lizzie was the best! She helped me troubleshoot and onboard perfectly!
Live chat support is great! I had a few questions with onboarding and George took his time to answer every question. He was very responsive, offered step by step instructions, and sent screenshots. This is what you call customer service.
I use this app to help me to automate energing sales and payment data from Shopify to Quickbooks Online regardless via the payment was from Shopify CC processing or PayPal. The application not only brings over the payment but it also creates a sales receipt in QBO and then I would match the payments to them. It also separates the payment processing fees so I can track that separately. I do see some issues where some products that I sell online get created twice in the product / service list in QBQ that I need to clean up and merge, but not sure if that is a Synder issue or a shopify issue.
I chose to go with Synder for one of my eCommerce clients. I am so glad I did. Liza Nikanovich is part of the support team at Synder and she helped me with the integration of QBO, Shopify & PayPal. Liza is professional, thorough, detailed, and a real pleasure to work with. When running into issues during the integration, Liza solved them. I could not have done it successfully without her help. I have used other apps and the support is nothing like I have experienced so far with Synder. Support is such a key component for a successful outcome for our clients. Many thanks to LIza and Synder!
Synder is the best sync system I've found for ecommerce sales data. Simplifies and automates the whole process, and their customer service is great (especially Lizzie, thank you!)

Thoroughly satisfied with this app so far. It completely simplifies my bookkeeping. Seems to be reliable so far in importing all of my Shopify and Paypal sales (multiple currencies). Am yet to delve deep into all of the functionality it can offer but so far so good. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.
