I had a few problems with the app. I couldn’t figure out how to change the discount offers on my popups, which was a bit annoying. But the good news is the customer support was amazing. They helped me figure out how to change the discounts and even followed up a few days later to make sure I remembered how to do it.

My experience with Tada so far has been great! The customer service upon onboarding was personal and interactive. My representative, Jeremy, took a browsed our store to get an understanding of us and how the app can help. I appreciated that versus a traditional bot welcoming me. Unexpected, but appreciated! I can't wait for my customers to enjoy the fun pop ups and discounts. Tada also collects emails so Win, Win!

Very helpful support team. Had a small issue which was resolved extremely fast with personal communication from the support team to ensure everything was working perfectly.
As far as the actual app - Awesome, customers love spinning for a discount and have no issue providing email addresses.

For a long time, I was thinking about using "spin wheel" to collect Emails but to be honest every other app look kind of same
But then I found this app and I think this looks visually appealing and it works really well
