Great little app. Had an issue with one of the tags not working properly. Turned out it was user error and Kets over at TagRobot created a new script that works perfectly for my need.

This app provides amazing value to any Shopify store at a very reasonable price. The developer went out of their way to add new functionality to the app to meet my specific needs and was in constant communication with me every step of the way. I have been using TagRobot for over 1 year to assist with my order fulfilment.
The App is super easy and quick to add specific tags to either my customers or orders. This saves me a lot of time not having to sift through special orders manually, I can simply filter my orders via the applicable tags and then print shipping labels in batches.
Kets has wonderful customer service - replies to emails quickly, happy to jump on video calls and always willing to assist.
Highly recommend this App!
TagRobot is an amazing app. It does exactly what it says it does. In addition, when I needed an upgrade it was done while the developer was on vacation. Also, done free of charge and all of you are now enjoying the upgrade.
Hello, it was working so far but for any reasons, it's not working anymore. I have to refresh to see the wanted tag in new orders.. Do you have any idea ?

Thank you for writing in, we are aware of the issue and our developers are working as quickly as possible to resolve it. As you correctly noted rules still run when triggered manually, and we anticipate them running automatically again no later than the end of this week.

Very useful tool to help segment lists through automated tags. Easy to set up and tons of options to trigger tagging.
TagRobot works GREAT! They answer questions and it is SUPER easy to use. We use it to "tag" our retail customers from our website as we have both retail and wholesale customers on our website. We wanted the customers tagged so that we could easily send out emails to our customers using the Shopify Marketing emails. It works GREAT!! It was easy to implement and SAVES US TIME! We use A LOT of apps and this developer is the MOST responsive! 10 STARS!
