I needed to do some additional tagging based on product purchases. I tried a number of other apps, but found this the simplest one, and also loved that when I had a support query for something a little outside the product's scope, the developers replied and enabled me to do what I needed within a couple of days.

Terrific customer support, even for a small fish like me. Was able to use it to retroactively tag all of my wholesale customers and get analytics data on sales velocity that otherwise would have been a huge lift to get done. TagRobot helped us a lot by adding custom tags to our customers and orders in a very easy and intuitive way so that we couldeasily segment them later on on our email marketing platform.
Been using this for a while - it's simple to apply and helpful for us to track orders and draw attention to more complex ones. Key though is when there have been occasional problems, Kets has been speedy and very helpful in resolving them.
