Works just fine! Installed the app, did not work. Contacted support within 30min Feed was fixed and now it works perfectly.

The customer service was great! They helped troubleshoot with why the feed wasn't showing up on my website. It now works great!

The app does what it says, but I had a hard time trying to get any support. It's as if the support team has left the building ! I emailed them probably 4 times, and even after upgrading to the pro plan, the emails still go unanswered. Regardless, I figured it out. After upgrading, you must remove any widgets you created during the trial period and then create new ones for any of the new features to work. I hope the support team is there if there is real trouble.

It looked pretty great for 12 hours and then all a sudden it's now just a blank white space now on my Shopify store, as well as my preview area in the app manager section. I've disconnected and reconnected my social media feeds with no luck. Also, even while it was working, it wouldn't sync my profile picture from Instagram either.

Cool app and very easy to install, work really smoothly. What an amazing app, I never knew adding Instagram posts on the store will be that much easy. Works amazingly well, and fits in the budget too. The app does what it says, and very supportive staff, They solve my query very quickly. Highly recommended.

I reached out because the app is not working and yet no fix but you guys keep spamming my inbox offering free installation service but fail to address my issue about the app not working. i will update my review when the app is fix.

The instructions to install were great but our shopify page was slightly different. One quick message to Tagembed and they sorted it out within 12 mins. One happy customer! Needless to say, the feed looks fantastic and keeps our page current.
