It was confusing to use at first, but once you get used to it, it's easy. Best of all, the chat support is amazing.
Although the problem was not resolved due to default functionality limitations, I was able to experience excellent support service, including receiving several alternative solutions.

Service was great when I had an issue. I ran into a little coding error in a template and they fixed it right away. I really like the layout options and ability to customize.
