I removed the app but it's still sending out emails to customers. Sent a request for help and no response.

This company cannot be trusted they cost us 100's of dollars because they did not follow our policies which we made VERY clear to them from day 1!

They sent out emails and showed popups with information that goes against our policies which included discounts advertised on them, which I told them in our very first conversation “We do not EVER discount our products” to which they replied “that is ok we will not offer discounts”.

We told them 5 times DO NOT EVER SHOW OR OFFER A DISCOUNT and yet they repeatedly kept doing it

I was also told that TargetBay is an Atlanta based company and I will always be able to talk with people in Atlanta but EVERY login to our Shopify account has been from India, and the guy who wanted to do the webinar to show me the back-end was in India with a VERY thick accent.
