I needed reviews for my site, and this platform hit the nail on the head! Not only reviews, but very nice email sign-up pop-up with discount, and discount code pop-up just before abandoned cart occurs, great options and much more offered! To top it all off the customer service is top notch, Bali is amazing! Patience, friendliness, knowledge galore, and basically held my hand through the whole process. Even though the set up is simple, I'm newer and really dislike completing templates, which they have a great selection of, and creativity to however you'd like. Bali basically gave great suggestions, combined with my own and set it up for me. I was ready to begin before the end of the call. They are #1 in my book! Highly recommended!

It has been a pleasure working with TargetBay. Good for our size company. They are flexible and fast responding and were able to implement email campaigns and pop ups and reviews that we think will help with the conversion of our website. Their dashboard could use a little improvement but it is already more than functional. We are looking forward continuing working with them.

I removed the app but it's still sending out emails to customers. Sent a request for help and no response.

The owner and key people at TargetBay appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us migrate 4 Apps to their platform but after 4 very frustrating weeks of failed implementation, I canceled both the Reviews and Engage Apps.
The feature set at TargetBay is not even close to being as robust as what we have with StampedIO and Klaviyo, and their implementation team did a poor job of migrating over even a single feature set from the other Apps.
I give them high marks for their enthusiasm but ultimately, they could not perform.
A telling sign that I should have paid more attention to before signing up - they have fewer than 60 reviews themselves and this is their business. With 4000+ installs, you would expect a lot more. I pointed this out to their CEO and his reply was also telling - "we are like the cobbler who has children with no shoes".
The 2nd star was given for their willingness; unfortunately, their team could not deliver.

We have used Target Bay for years and it helps a lot when you can relax knowing that people who know what they are doing ensure things get done properly and on time. From reviews, SMS, newsletters, pop ups, automation, Ad Roll. It about covers it all for a Shopify store owner looking to grow without shelling out tons of money with an marketing agency or trying to do all of this yourself with Mailchip etc. The best part is our rep Danielle. She has been with us the whole way and makes everything so easy and fun! I dont leave reviews, but when I do, I prefer Target Bay :)

We recently switched from Yotpo to TargetBay. The entire staff at TargetBay made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are generating more product and site reviews than we were with Yotpo and the reviews looks great on our website. I am very satisfied.

This company cannot be trusted they cost us 100's of dollars because they did not follow our policies which we made VERY clear to them from day 1!

They sent out emails and showed popups with information that goes against our policies which included discounts advertised on them, which I told them in our very first conversation “We do not EVER discount our products” to which they replied “that is ok we will not offer discounts”.

We told them 5 times DO NOT EVER SHOW OR OFFER A DISCOUNT and yet they repeatedly kept doing it

I was also told that TargetBay is an Atlanta based company and I will always be able to talk with people in Atlanta but EVERY login to our Shopify account has been from India, and the guy who wanted to do the webinar to show me the back-end was in India with a VERY thick accent.

I have been working with AK from TargetBay for a little over 9 month now & I really love how responsive AK is to my emails & questions. He also understands the needs of my small business & offers solutions. With TargetBay we where able to get more traffic to our website and therefore more sales. The review app makes super easy for my customers to leave feedback and rate my products which in return helps new customers make an informed decision. I'm overall very please with TargetBay & AK's customer service.

I used this app to help us get reviews, which we were struggling with. Senthil made it very easy with his knowledge, skill and patience, which is very important to us. We appreciate the app and Senthil very much.
