We have been using this and it helps us take care of tasks related to orders specially repair and warranty work!
Been Using this for quite some time. We are a shop that sells electric scooters and ebikes. While there are dedicated programs / cloud programs for task tracking of repairs and internal tasks, it was always frustrating that there was double data entry and human error in forgetting to bill a customer.
I searched for years on the app store for something that integrates. Nothing until this program was made.
We have customers get checked in on a shopify POS system, and after I hear the beep, (while on the computer/ or phone), I click on the new order, and now there is a button called "create new task with order" or "see tasks associated with order"
This is game changing. We now have all the customer data, phone, email, and it's linked to the original order where they paid. No more parcing data and trying to figure out what customers were billed for/ estimates/ etc. All the info is there.
And the best part is, no more customers leaving with labor / work done to their vehicles without payment, since it is very clear in the task tracking app that they owe money.
The dev team has been very responsive to my requests. I've jumped on video calls and chats. Every week it seems to get faster, more plug ins added (most recent is SMS)
Now when we click "done" (meaning that the customers vehicle is ready to pickup) it has a pop up asking if we want to send a text to the customer. This saves 15 seconds of 2 chrome windows, and copy/ paste to a VOIP phone system.
Our techs can now jump on their phones (this works on mobile, tablet, desktop) and see a fantastic easy to understand dashboard of what is in the pipeline for us to work on.
It is super easy to edit the templates/ and the dashboard.
Some things i'm hoping to see in the future is the ability for the customer to be able to log into their repair order and check on status, see photos, etc.
Speaking of photos, you can upload videos, and photos, and even redact things you regret saying (should a customer look at a repair order and you call them a dimwit :)_
I can assign a user tasks as well. Super fast, simple, and everything I would want out of a shopify integrated app.
