Great app, easy to install and use. It also allowed for significant configuration even though it's free. See it in use at www.ashanis.com . Thanks for the great opportunity!

We have just released a major update to our widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices.

Follow these steps to change the position of the widget on mobile

1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard.

2. Select Chat Widget.

3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced.

4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position.

It is an excellent tool for help. Very handy to use with several useful options that help in selling products. It is a must have for having a store.

Fantastic app for live chat. Not only is the livechat app free, there are plenty of customisation and such. There has been plenty of updates over the months and the improvements are great, e.g. automated message sent to customer when he/she is browsing the website.

IMO, the only draw back is that it is not entirely compatible with some themes. Otherwise, this would be my go to livechat app.

Such a fantastic useful app! First off its free and it does not skim on the basic features a new store owner requires. The ability to get notices on your phone when visitors visit the store is brilliant! i love that i can be there for my customers even if they're just browsing. As a customer myself, its a big plus for customer service. Handy Dashboard UI, Android App is also working well. I love this app so much i moved other not so responsive features out of its way and gave it a special place on the webstore. I like it that much. 5Stars!!!!!
