We've only been using this app for a few days now on both our Shopify store (https;//www.KawaiiSquishyStore.com) and our CrateJoy store (http://TheSquishyBox.com) and it is truly awesome! Very easy to install and set up. Love how I can see the chats from multiple stores all in one place. I don't understand how they can offer this for free, but I'm not complaining. An absolute must!

Lovely app....keeps us going @anokherang every day....easy and simple to use and very effective...no limitations on number of simultaneous chats and that also from a free app ...would have given more stars if there was such an option available !

This is by far the best chat program on the market. I could never hear the other chat programs when i got a message this one is loud and does it several times like a phone. It has loads of other features that work very well. Great job!
Chat works like a charm. Off the shelf it seems however that the chat doesn't work during the shopify checkout flow. I'm contacting tawk.to support to figure it out. Will come back here with an update.

This is a superb app especially considering that it's 100% free. Since discovering Tawk.to through Shopify we have gone further to integrate their system on both our Shopify store and some of our other non storefront based websites.
This app offers excellent real time monitoring of your website statistics such as:
Visitors
Page Views
Client Chats
Along with many more statistics. You can easily delegate chats between different members of staff once setup and the admin section is very user friendly meaning you don't need any technical knowledge to use this app.
You can also convert chats into support tickets through this app, this can be very useful when you receive more technical enquiries and need to find out further information on your products.
Overall this is an absolutely brilliant app considering it's FREE and we would definitely recommend this app to others looking for a live chat service.

When the widget is in Offline mode, it will act as a form and ask visitors for contact information so you can get back to them at a suitable time.
The Offline Form will show when all agents are logged out from the dashboard or if you have set the widget to be offline with the Widget Scheduler.

Cannot believe that a free app like this exists! Exceptional in functionality, so easy to integrate and immediately use. My site gets a decent bit of traffic for starters and tawk makes it ridiculously simple to connect or be connected with. Design options are available as well and they can be matched exactly to your website as well. Test it on my site www.edgability.com if you need to, there will always be someone available to chat since there is a mobile app alongwith the desktop app. Free!!

hello! The software is indeed 100% free just so as long as you are happy to keep the little "powered by tawk.to" link on the chat widget.
You can add unlimited agents, and add it to unlimited sites and use it free forever - the only "add-on" option is $12/m to remove our branding, which is 100% optional. Not necessary, and you definitely are not obliged to remove branding :)
