Awesome App. Seamless integration. Really easy way to engage with new customers and answer their queries, provide reassurance in this Covid challenged world and as an online gift store, provide some of the personal service and interaction normally only available to brick and mortar stores. This new update has Widget Cards that allow you to personalize the content of your widget.
You can now add an article, an article list or a search engine bar for your Knowledge Base.
You can also add other kinds of content to your chat widget, including videos, images and agent profiles. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat.

Looking for Chat for your website... stop looking, this is the one you want... we have tried about a half a dozen others... this one beats them all hands down on features, and support... oh and the price, zip, nada, none, free
So dont even waste you time on the other chat systems, this one has more features, no limits, more options, more configurations..
I have tried so many chat apps and I always seem to come back to this one. Free, simple, consistent, and the best!
This app is amazing, so easy to use and customize. Well done and thanks to the developers, and thank you for making it completely free.
An excellent onsite chat tool and the free plan is all we ever needed. The interface is a little messy, but there's lots of options. I wish you could better customize the onscreen icon, but that's minor. Likes: good mobile app, customized notifications, easy to see customer site journey during chat. We moved to Gorgias to bring all channels into a single view, but are considering going back to Tawk.to for chat only because it's much better.

very good for what it does, you can use it to communicate with customers and can have other log ins for staff
This app is a must have as it allows you to talk with people browsing your site you don't want to call or send you an email. The features i like are scheduling feature, send and receive pictures, shows were the person is from, and if they have veer been there before.
