Functionality of this app is stunning, especially considering the fact that it's free. You don't just get a chat, but also a bunch of statistics, see your customer's behavior and history on your website, and can ban spammer from your website forever.

Amazing free app! I was considering this and intercom. The difference was $0/mth to $53/mth, respectively. I spent a few hours going through Intercom and their feature just to make sure if it justify paying $53/mth over something that Tawk is offering free.
Personally, Tawk did an amazing job with their live chat app. I can't express how impress I am with the MacOS and iPhone Apps that comes with it. Very impressive. Live monitoring of audience and where they visit and such. I seriously have no idea how they did such well-featured app without charging a cent.
As a thank you providing such a great app for free, I took the (optional) pay feature to remove their branding for $9/mth. Thank you guys!!

Best live chat app for Shopify. They allow you to use the app for free with all of their features, unlike other apps that limit chats, or make a very obtrusive interface for the customers. This app is amazing! Plus, the new upgrades are awesome. I am looking forward to the long term use of this app.

Superb App! You can have multiple chat agents for a website and an agent can service multiple websites - beautifully programmed! What's more - you could customise it according to your website's theme, a mobile app from which you can chat with your visitors on the go and plenty of other options. All for free! Highly recommended! Just install it!

I installed the app from the app store, just to write a review. I've been using Tawk.to for a while with the manual code in my theme.
If you're looking for an excellent way to grab your customer's attention, install Tawk.to. Not only does Tawk.to have a few features that most chatters don't have (like live preview of what the customer is typing and business hours scheduling), they also have great support.
Well worth the free pricetag.
I saw this app on a review page. I was curious but skeptical because it's free. But I'm blown away by how awesome this app is, especially for someone like me who is just starting. This app gives you all the features you need for free! Other apps would make you pay a huge fee just for basic features. One of my favorite features is the free Knowledge Base page. There is a paid version that gets rid of branding and gives you other features. But I honestly like the branding; it lets people know what superb chat service I'm using. Once I have a steady profit, I'm gonna support this business and get the paid version. Thank you for making an excellent program!
